Delete Your Account

Two ways to permanently delete your Cheermates account and data.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open Cheermates and sign in
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm

This takes effect immediately — no waiting period.

Option 2 — Can't sign in?

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, all tasks you created (including private ones), your avatar photo and any proof photos you uploaded, your push notification token, and your membership in every circle. If deleting you would leave a circle with no admin, another member is automatically promoted so the circle keeps working for the rest of them.

What isn't automatically canceled

An active Pro subscription isn't canceled by account deletion. Manage or cancel it separately in the App Store or Play Store before deleting, or it will keep renewing.
