What we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

Account info (email, display name, avatar color, timezone), the tasks you and your circle create (including private tasks — those are visible only to their owner), a push notification token for your device, and, if you subscribe to Pro, purchase records from Apple.

Who we share it with

Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in. Apple and Google process sign-in if you use those options. Expo delivers push notifications. If enabled, RevenueCat processes subscription payments, Sentry receives crash reports, and PostHog receives anonymized usage analytics. We don't sell your data.

Your circle

Members of your circle can see your name, avatar, tasks (except private ones), and activity grid. Only you can see your private tasks — everyone else sees just that you have one, not what it is.

Children

Cheermates is intended for people 13 and older.

Deleting your data

Delete your account and all associated data any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or see delete-account.html for step-by-step instructions and an email option if you can't sign in.
